We often stop at roadside stands or attractions on our travels. One of our new favorites is the Cascadian Farm Home Farm. Located along the North Cascade Highway, the Home Farm sits nestled in the mountains with plenty of space for picnics. And the best part is the Ice Cream! Made locally, the flavors are all natural and delicious! We tried the raspberry, with and without chocolate chips, and were not disappointed! The raspberry flavor was like picking berries from the bush... sweet, fresh and a touch sour.
