All too often we stick with what we know and forgo the other amazing offerings that a restaurant may have. We recently wandered off of our beaten path of sandwiches at Un Bien and tried their seafood in red sauce...and we're glad we did! From the options of fish, prawns,scallops and tofu, we chose the scallops and they were cooked perfectly, firm and somehow still melt in your mouth.
