At 110 miles long, the John Wayne Trail is one of the most hiked trails in Washington. It's also one of a few places that you can hike through several old railroad tunnels (6 in total!) with the longest and most accessible being the 2 mile long Snoqualmie Tunnel. The trail provides sweeping views of the mountais and the trail is lined with wildflowers from late spring through late summer.
