Recently we stumbled upon what, apparently, the rest of Seattle was in on : Tacos Chukis. Tacos Chukis serves up incredible Mexican street food, inexpensively, from four locations throughout Seattle. The tacos start with fresh tortillas and are loaded with the filling of your choice, guacamole, salsa, cilantro and onion. The flavor combination is amazing and I instantly was considering grabbing another.
