Seattle is home to Legends. From music to tech, sports to the arts, Seattle has produced trendsetters from all sectors. Perhaps one of the most influential of them all is Jimi Hendrix. With his impact on modern music still being felt, it's no surprise that Seattle has several memorials to him. One of the most accessible, is the life size bronze statue on Capital Hill. Created in 1997, the statue has moved around several times before settling at the location along Broadway.
