We've said it before and we'll say it again: the variety of food in the PNW food truck scene is incredible. We just recently stumbled across the Tabassum Food Truck and thoroughly enjoyed their Samsas! Samsas are a savoury pastry, traditionally filled with meats and vegetables. Tabassum also offers a vegan (stuffed with mushrooms, potatoes and onions!), veggie and, for your sweet tooth, cherry. One of our favorite places has been around since 1940, Spud Fish and Chips.
