Living in Seattle allows us to sample food from around the world. One of our favorite foods that we didn't grow up with is Bibimbap served in a hot stone pot. Consisting of a layer of rice, veggies, some kind of protein and an egg cracked in the cebter, it's up to you to mix it in the hot stone bowl to fry the egg and rice together. Served with an assortment of sides, the flavor is amazing. We finally made it to Delfinos and it was amazing! I have to admit that we were a bit hesitant about West Coast Chicago style pizza, but the first bite took us back to the Windy City. With a crispy, flaky crust, the pizza is done proper Chicago style - deep dish, toppings inside and sauce on top.
