Living in Seattle allows us to sample food from around the world. One of our favorite foods that we didn't grow up with is Bibimbap served in a hot stone pot. We finally made it to Delfinos and it was amazing! I have to admit that we were a bit hesitant about West Coast Chicago style pizza, but the first bite took us back to the Windy City.
